As he watched the world go by from the spotless terraces of St-Tropez in the summer of 1971, Vilebrequin founder Fred Prysquel began to frame a story from behind his tinted lenses. The colorful, carefree world of his revolutionary swim short sketches has remained the essence of the Vilebrequin spirit ever since.
Season after season, Vilebrequin continues to build a lifestlyle vision inspired by the art of living in summer. Today, we proudly introduce eyewear to our design know-how, adding a new layer to our portrait of a sun collector.

SIGNATURE DETAIL
Whether it be a swimsuit, a polo shirt or a pair of sunglasses, Vilebrequin designs share a common thread. Each frame in the new collection bears elegant features that reflect our house signature.
Look a little closer. Discreet ‘V’ rivets, bespoke eyelet details on temple tips and crankshaft-inspired arms engraved with the message ‘Vilebrequin fondé à St-Tropez en 1971’ all tell the story of our heritage.
Perhaps the most fitting tribute to the Vilebrequin spirit is the handcrafting of acetate and metal frames in custom colors and combinations. Just like our swimwear, each pair is assembled with love and care by no less than 200 artisans.

protection. The finest French-made spring hinges are provided courtesy of ComoTech. Adorned with iconic turtle and 1971 references, they blend beauty and wearability. Titanium nose pads
bearing the Vilebrequin hallmark are sculpted for seamless fit. A collapsible carry case folds down to save space and facilitate travel.
